Supporting Your Personal Practice

Updated: Apr 23, 2021

Movement ToolKit with Daily exercise suggestions

This kit was created with the intention to support my students with Parkinson's disease during our private classes together as well as to encourage a personal daily practice. By choosing one or two tools to explore a few of the exercises we've been working with to help with various symptoms, students, over time, may notice improvements in areas they may have previously believed beyond their capabilities.

Although there is definitely a practical element to all of the tools I've added into the kit, there is also the desire to invite a sense of levity and fun to encourage a playful, curious attitude while practicing!
